The Angel One Fund, established by the UCU Foundation, invests between $50,000 and $250,000 in Ukrainian founders with a global mindset. The fund focuses specifically on late pre-seed/early-seed Ukrainian startups. Focus Verticals: SaaS, Fintech, Edtech, and AI & ML.


Last year, the fund made four strategic investments (Zeely, Rozmova, GO TO-U, Mosqitter) and currently has about 50 startups under evaluation, all with potential for future funding.


The fund's team's main criteria are first customers and first sales, clear strategies for scaling the business model, marketing and selling the product or service, understanding the market, and own competitive advantages.


In addition to money, Angle One provides access to business angels, venture capitalists, and experts from the United States and Ukraine who are part of the UCU network and UCU Business School.
