Argentem Creek Partners (ACP) is an SEC-registered investment fund focused on special situations in emerging markets. ACP spun out from Cargill’s Black River in 2015. Since then, one of its markets has been Ukraine, where the team invested more than $600 mln in a range of transactions focused on real economy investments, including agriculture, logistics, metals, and mining.

ACP, in collaboration with its Ukrainian partners, are working on the launch of a new Ukraine-focused vehicle called the Ukraine Impact Fund (UIF). UIF is a $500 mln target investment fund with a focus on critical minerals, energy, infrastructure, agriculture, and tech.

The firm has recourses in New York, London, Abu Dhabi, Buenos Aires and Kyiv.
