We are delighted to announce that UVCA member Dragon Capital has triumphed in securing the competition to oversee the management of the European Fund for the Reconstruction of Ukraine!

This joint fund aims to mobilise capital from state development banks and private investors totalling more than €1 billion for Ukraine's reconstruction, and to invest directly in private investment projects in strategic sectors of the Ukrainian economy.

This includes the reconstruction of energy infrastructure, expanding wind and solar energy to replace old coal-fired power stations, building industrial production facilities and developing digital infrastructure, such as data centres.
