UVCA member Flyer One Ventures has exited the startup Allset. It was acquired by an AI unicorn from the US SoundHound AI. Congratulations to the fund team!

Allset is a local pickup food ordering platform. Its features allow both consumers and restaurants to avoid the high fees charged by delivery apps. Today, nearly 7,000 restaurants in the US use the startup's product.

The startup was also founded by ukrainians Anna Polishchuk and Stas Matviyenko.
