The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is considering Draft Law No. 13002, which proposes amendments to the LLC law.

If adopted, it will make cash-in investments more tempting, potentially providing a means of attracting venture capital funding to Ukrainian startups, particularly those operating in the field of dual-use and military technologies.

The innovation will also enable LLC founders to avoid dilution when attracting investment in their companies and provide investors with a legal instrument that they and their lawyers can rely on when structuring and implementing investments in LLCs.
