The Baltic M&A and Private Equity Forum is a well-known meeting and networking platform for Baltic private equity and venture capital funds, investment bankers, lawyers, advisers, company managers and shareholders, bringing together 200+ participants each year.

• UVCA has developed and promoted Ukraine redevelopment and recovery plans for the private sector and investors.

• Ukraine's multi trillion $ opportunity will be addressed by private sector and funds #investments via institutionally GP/LP structure that will provide the proper governance and eliminate corruption as well as provide efficiency on deployment of capital.

• Ukraine PE&VC ecosystem has built 8 #unicorns since 2014 and 2 unicorns merged in summer 2022.Since 2014 over 300 international funds co-investmented in Ukrainian companies with over $2.8B invested capital.

• Currently 17 PE&VC funds are raising new funds for Ukraine and looking for LPs and also GPs starting to raise new funds.

• Baltic partners can co-invest and M&A with Ukrainian focus investors and #entrepreneurs via 2 co-investment platforms for startups and scaleups in energy and water supply, healthcare, food processing and agro, housing, IT and mil tech sectors.
