InVenture offers an overview of the M&A market in Ukraine in 2024. According to the authors, the volume of announced and completed M&A deals, including corporate transactions, venture capital transactions in the technology sector, as well as transactions for the privatisation of state property and sale of collateral assets, will amount to $1.2 billion in 2024. Given the low publicity and transparency of the deals, we estimate that the market volume was slightly higher and could be around $1.5bn.
