Investors Book 2021 begins collecting entries on September 30. It is easy to join it and make an important contribution to the development of Ukraine's new economy: just fill out the form.

The Investors Book 2021 was created by the Ukrainian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (UVCA) with the support of a grant from USAID through its Competitive Economy Program in Ukraine (USAID CEP), in cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine. The organizers urge all participants in the venture capital market to take part in the survey in order to jointly create the most complete and useful source of data on innovative companies operating in Ukraine.

There is a stereotype that there are very few investors in Ukraine, and we want to dispel this myth. The best way to do this is to make investors and their interests visible. That is why we are initiating an open call to create this catalog openly, transparently and as fully as possible,

comments Olga Afanasyeva,

Honorary Member and Co-Chair of the UVCA Research Committee, Head of ELEKS Kyiv.

In addition, we see that founders are not always aware of all the opportunities available, so we want to provide them with a convenient tool for business scaling.
Starting from 2019, USAID supports incubation, mentorship, youth entrepreneurship initiatives, and grants for startups. However, startups financing at the early stages are one of the key obstacles to the ecosystem’s growth in Ukraine. We expect that Investors Book accumulates updated information on all opportunities and presents the positive investment dynamics, providing ambitious entrepreneurs with tips on finding the best investor for their projects. The catalog will contain the high-quality analysis of the investors, ready to invest in Ukrainian tech companies, which will send a strong message to international business circles how can be their partners when investing in the Ukrainian tech industry

underlines Valeriy Dobrovolskiy,

IT Sector Lead, USAID Competitive Economy Program in Ukraine.

Both state and private investors are interested in supporting new technological projects in Ukraine. Creating a catalog is an important point in terms of data systematization. We also aim to ensure that the state provides as many services as possible in digital format, and information about them is conveniently presented. And, of course, it is important that this initiative is implemented online at all stages, because this is exactly the environment where all key stakeholders are present,

says Anton Melnyk,

expert on investments of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.

Investors Book 2021 is an online publication that is aimed to gather information about the market situation. Investors Book is a useful tool for both startups and investors, which simplifies fundraising and helps to find new interesting projects. Joining the Investors Book 2021 is a strategic step in creating a civilized and dynamic venture capital market in the country.
