Great news for the Ukrainian IT-community!

Volodymyr Zelensky, President of Ukraine, has signed the Law on Diia City.

The new Ukrainian economy is going to be built soon.

Diia City a special taxation model for the Ukrainian IT-community.

The companies who meet the entry criteria, will be able to join it.

Company and its members taxes:

• 9% of withholding tax or 18% income tax;

• 0% on the income tax of an individual received as dividends, if they were not distributed for 2 or more years.

To stimulate angel investment:

• tax discount (from personal income tax) on the amount of investment in Ukrainian startups.

Entry criteria for the current market players:

• carrying out IT activities established by the legislation on Diia City;

• 90% share of income from these activities;

• average salary not less than the equivalent of 1200 Euro;

• 9+ employees or GIG-employees;

• absence of the "negative" criteria.
