Ukrainian PE & VC Summit 2025: Meet the Institutional Funding for Ukraine Panel

The 2nd Ukrainian PE & VC Summit is next week already! Less than seven days remain, and we are ready to reveal the fifth panel: Institutional Funding for Ukraine. Here, you can expect presentations of IFI related to their applications to the Ukraine Investment Framework (UIF), recommendations, and best practices. We are happy to present the following speakers.

• Natalia Nazarovets. Associate Director and Senior Banker at EBRD.

The EBRD has invested in Ukraine since 1992 and remains an unwavering supporter, deploying more than €6 bln since Russia’s full-scale invasion.

• Barbara Nowakowska. Ex-Managing Director of PSIK.

The association promotes and develops the private equity and venture capital industry in Poland and represents its interests both domestically and abroad. Over a hundred members and 23 years of service.

• Michał Nowak. Expert on International Development Instruments at Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK).

Established in 1924, the development bank remains the only institution of this type in Poland with the mission to support sustainable social and economic growth. They initiate and develop the cooperation between business, public sector and financial institutions to counter the negative effects of cyclicality of the economy.

• Dmitri Vassiljev. Senior Investment Officer at European Investment Bank.

EIB has invested almost €9 bln in Ukraine since 2007. It provides various types of financing to implement projects that promote growth and jobs, supporting SMEs, innovation, climate, and infrastructure.
