The fourth panel of the approaching 2nd Ukrainian PE & VC Summit will feature the Ukraine Investment Framework for the first time, its status, requirements, and deadlines. This part of the Ukraine Facility Reconstruction Programme will be discussed with the EU Commission representative himself, Charles de Crombrugghe, who is directly involved in it.

• Charles de Crombrugghe. Policy Officer at the Directorate-General for and Enlargement and Eastern Neighbourhood of the European Commission.

Here, he plays a key role in overseeing strategic programs within the Ukraine Investment Framework, notably in capital markets and energy.

Additionally, Charles is spearheading the team’s efforts to optimize the deployment of new energy and capital markets support facilities under the €2.75 billion UIF open calls for 2024-2025.

• Andriy Kolodyuk. Chairman of UVCA.

Since 2014, the Ukrainian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association has promoted investment opportunities, advocated the interests of private equity and venture investors to policymakers, and improved the local investment and business climate in Ukraine. Main initiatives include the Ukrainian Fund of Funds, Ukrainian Pavilion at CES in Las Vegas and others.
