Ukrainian PE & VC Summit 2025: Meet the Private Equity Panel

The second panel of the upcoming Ukrainian PE & VC Summit will explore one of the main world’s economic drivers as well as the rushing force of Ukraine's recovery — private equity. What industries are the catalysts behind Ukraine's economy today? Why should foreign investors enter the market now? Meet the speakers who will discuss a strategy, vision, and predictions.

• Anna Zorya. Partner at Rymarz Zdort Maruta.

• Oksana Strashna. Head of the SME Direct Investments Program at Ukraine-Moldova American Enterprise Fund (UMAEF).

A $285 mln regional fund with over 29 years of successful experience in investing in small and medium-sized companies. Since its inception, UMAEF’s cumulative investments total over $190 million to 143 companies employing 27,000 people and made it possible to unlock $2.4 billion for companies in Ukraine and Moldova.

• Przemysław Głębocki. Managing Partner at Accession Capital Partners.

Financing solutions provider that pioneered mezzanine finance in Central Europe in the 2000s and has since evolved to become a one-stop shop for junior capital to mid-market businesses. It raised above €1.3 bln across six funds, helping more than 70 businesses grow.

• Mark Kehaya. Partner at UAF Partners.

A private equity firm focused on investing in the reconstruction of Ukraine after the War. Since February 2022, Mark has taken seven trips to Ukraine to help build the funds deal sourcing network & deal pipeline, meet with Ukrainian advisors, and government officials and evaluate transactions.

• Roman Nikitov. Partner at ICU Ventures, Founder of United Heritage.

ICU Ventures is a venture capital arm of ICU group, an independent multi-strategy investment firm specialising in emerging and frontier markets.

United Heritage is a Polish-Ukrainian private equity firm investing in Special Situations assets across Poland, Ukraine, and the broader CEE region. Expertise includes Logistics, Agriculture, Real Estate, Energy, and Tech.

• Andrii Nosok. Managing Director, Head of Private Equity at Dragon Capital.

One of the most influential Ukrainian group of companies in the field of investment and financial services since 2001. It offers a comprehensive range of products in private equity and asset management, investment banking, equities and fixed-income sales, trading, and research.

• Konstantin Magaletskyi. Founding Partner at Ukraine Green Recovery Fund.

An infrastructure fund focused on green energy and logistics in Ukraine.
