• Anna Zorya. Ukrainian law-qualified attorney-at-law and a partner in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta.

A specialist in corporate law and M&A, she has provided comprehensive support for M&A transactions, including due diligence, structuring, documents, developing an effective corporate structure, and corporate support of company activities at one of the leading Ukrainian law firms.

• Jacek Chwedoruk. Head of Rothschild & Co Poland, Co-Head of Rothschild & Co CEE.

Jacek has over 30 years of experience in investment banking in Poland and CEE. A Project Manager in one of the first Polish-British joint-venture companies. Also, he worked in the Ministry of Finance and in the Ministry of State Treasury where he supervised the privatization of the first Polish companies including the first five companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

• Ruslan Furtas. Principal at Horizon Capital.

Ruslan focuses on technology and manufacturing sector investments. In the past, Ruslan worked as a consultant for Ernst & Young (now EY), predominantly in Ukraine, Russia, and Kazakhstan, focusing on manufacturing and retail. His projects included buy and sell-side financial, commercial, and operational due diligence, as well as IPO preparation.

• Andrii Nosok. Managing Director at Dragon Capital.

Andrii has over 20 years of investment experience in Ukraine and currently serves on the boards of companies in software development, machine-building, FMCG, and fintech sectors.

• Paweł Szreder. Partner at Bain & Company.

Pawel has extensive experience working with private equity clients, both regional and global, across the deal cycle – from GP investment strategy, through commercial due diligence to post-acquisition strategy and exit planning. His work focuses primarily on the technology sector, from IT services to software to consumer technology.
