Ukrainian PE & VC Summit 2024: Meet the PE Panel

Less than two weeks until our biggest event of the year — the PE & VC Summit. The first part of the event’s name is as good as the second. Meet the speakers of the PE panel, who are preparing themselves to tell you all about private equity. The topic is a big chunk and includes predictions for the fundraising environment, co-transactions with Ukrainian stakeholders, and post-war investment opportunities from the funds’ perspective.

• Anna Wnuk. Managing Director at PSIK.

Anna was a part of the first European VC fund’s team, founded and managed by women. A former Head of the Community of European Women in VC. Also, she has over 10 years of experience in public affairs and worked as a Head of the Office of Aleksander Kwaśniewski, President of Poland from 1995-2005.

• Małgorzata Bobrowska. Co-founder and Managing Partner at Resource Partners.

Małgorzata has been the President of the Board of the Polish Private Equity and Venture Capital Association since 2022. She is also a co-leader of the Level20 Polish Committee and a mentor to the NGO sector in the Social Business Accelerator.

• Leszek Muzyczyszyn. Senior Partner at Innova Capital.

Leszek has over a decade of experience in mezzanine financings and private equity investments across multiple sectors and countries in CEE. He joined Innova in 2008 and spent the previous three years as a Director of Darby Private Equity, running the Polish office. Moreover, Leszek served as President of the PSIK from 2018 to 2021.

• Przemysław Głębocki. Managing Partner at Accession Capital Partners.

Przemek has more than fifteen years of experience in corporate finance and audit in CEE. He launched the Ernst & Young Kyiv office and headed the Polish one. On top of that, Przemek is also a former President of the PSIK Board and currently holds the office of PSIK’s vice-president.

• Maksym Kuznetsov. Investment Director at Horizon Capital.

Maksym explores new opportunities and manages existing portfolios in the IT and financial services sectors across Ukraine and Moldova. Before, he was an Associate with TA Ventures, working on venture capital investments across Europe and the US. Also, Maksym worked at the Corporate Development team of Aegon, looking for M&A opportunities in the insurance and banking sectors in the CEE region.
