Ukrainian PE & VC Summit 2025: Meet the M&A Panel
The third panel of the anticipated Ukrainian PE & VC Summit features a traditional M&A part with a summary of current achievements in the Ukrainian market and open calls. Roman Nikitov. Partner at ICU Ventures, Founder of United Heritage.
ICU Ventures is a venture capital arm of ICU group, an independent multi-strategy investment firm specialising in emerging and frontier markets.
United Heritage is a Polish-Ukrainian private equity firm investing in special situations assets across Poland, Ukraine, and the broader CEE region. Expertise includes logistics, agriculture, real estate, energy, and tech.
John C. Patton. Founding Partner and Head of EMEA & Asia at Argentem Creek Partners.
An SEC-registered investment fund focused on special situations in emerging markets. Since 2015, one of its markets has been Ukraine, where the team invested more than $600 mln in a range of transactions focused on real economy investments, including agriculture, logistics, metals, and mining.
Denis Sychkov. Principal at Horizon Capital.
A leading private equity firm in Emerging Europe, backed by over 40 institutional investors with a combined capital base of over $700 bln. With a tenure of over 30 years in the region, the firm operates six funds with assets under management of over $1.6 billion.
