PARIS, FRANCE – On June 16, 2026, the European and Ukrainian technology ecosystems converged at the prestigious Village by Crédit Agricole Paris for the Ukraine Tech Night Official Summit. Held on the eve of Viva Technology 2026, the event achieved unprecedented success, drawing massive interest with 424 registrations for the main summit, 70 for the UNation conference, and an overcrowded, highly anticipated closed door Defence Track. Over 300 key participants–including investors, C-level executives, state officials, and innovators–gathered for an evening dedicated to technological resilience, strategic investment, and cross-border cooperation.

The evening was structured around three parallel, high-impact tracks, followed by an official summit and networking reception:
Track 1: UNation Conference – Innovations to Rebuild Ukraine
The UNation panel brought together international experts to map out actionable technological frameworks for structural recovery across sectors like Smart Cities, Agriculture, Energy, and Logistics.

Track 2: Defence Track & Demo-Day
Operating in a closed-door, overcrowded room, this track featured intensive discussions on dual-use technologies, defense trends, and the invaluable battlefield expertise Ukraine offers to EU-NATO militaries. The track culminated in an exclusive pitch session of selected defense startups by Network.VC.

Track 3: The Main Summit & Startup Pitching
The flagship stage opened with visionary welcoming remarks from key institutional anchors. Addresses from Muriel Lacoue-Labarthe (Special Envoy of the President of the French Republic for Ukraine's Recovery and Reconstruction), Natalia Denikeieva (Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine), Emmanuel Papadacci-Stephanopoli (Deputy Director, Village by CA Paris), Natalia Goncharova (Board Member and Head of Operations, Crédit Agricole Ukraine) and Julien Schmitt (Project Director, EU4Innovation East) underscored the critical importance of integrating Ukrainian digital and deep-tech innovation into the broader European economy.
A strategic panel on "French-Ukrainian Synergy" explored cross-border investment trends, followed by rapid-fire pitch sessions from Ukraine's official VivaTech startup delegation, directly connecting breakthrough civilian startups with elite venture capital.

Attendees primarily consisted of high-level investors (VCs and Angels), corporate executives, startup founders, and government stakeholders. Participant feedback reflected exceptional satisfaction with ratings overwhelmingly at 9 and 10 out of 10.
The summit drove immediate business outcomes and tech collaborations. According to survey responses, participants initiated direct negotiations with European partners: GovTech startup Strimco is expanding its expertise to the European market, eco-packaging startup Z1RO connected with pilot partners, and active discussions were formed to expand Nature4Growth's regenerative investment platform into the CEE agriculture market. Furthermore, attendees praised the event's high-quality professional community, with participating deep-tech startups like Odyssea AI and Ovul initiating direct technological collaboration and reporting inbound investor outreach driven by the delegation's digital campaign.
